Please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions before booking any tour or travel service with Leisure Travel Hub Pvt Ltd. By booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

1. BOOKING CONFIRMATION :

1.1

Booking terms and conditions based on the selected tour package, and details will be provided during the booking process.
1.2

A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a deposit or full payment,as per the specific requirements of your chosen tour.
1.3

A booking confirmation will be issued upon successful payment.

2. PAYMENTS :

2.1

Payments can be made via bank transfer, or other agreed- upon methods.
2.2

Payment details, including the total tour cost, will be provided to the client upon confirmation of the booking.
2.3

Payment schedules may vary based on the selected tour package, and details will be provided during the booking process.
2.4

A non-refundable deposit, as specified in the tour description, is required to secure a booking. The balance of the tour cost must be paid according to the payment schedule provided by the Company.

3. CANCELLATION, CHANGES, AMENDMENTS AND REFUNDS :

3.1 Cancellation by the Client :

Cancellation fees may apply based on the specific cancellation policy of your chosen tour package, as communicated during the booking.

Client is responsible for ensuring that they are medically and physically fit to participate in the chosen tour. Any pre-existing medical conditions should be disclosed at the time of booking.

The client is advised to consult a healthcare professional for health recommendations related to their travel destination.

6. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS :

You are responsible for obtaining and carrying all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, permits, and any other required documents, as stipulated by Sri Lankan authorities.

7. ITINERARY CHANGES :

Leisure Travel Hub Pvt Ltd reserves the right to modify tour itineraries due to factors such as weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.

8. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER :

Leisure Travel Hub Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience arising from any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, accidents, natural disasters, political unrest, or changes in itineraries beyond our control.
